Medical Policies

Medication Policy:
When it is necessary for your child to receive a prescription medication or OTC medication during school hours, the medicine must be in its original container. Please complete Medical Authorization Form. A physician and/or parent signature are required as well as written dosage instructions.

Inhalers and Epi-Pens:
If your child is capable of and has been instructed in the proper method of self-administration of either of these medications, they may be permitted to carry with them at all times. We will need a form completed by prescribing physician and a parental release, which needs to be approved and accepted.
